Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you would like to make any changes, please contact the Customer Service as soon as possible preferably by email. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it by returning it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.

Did my order go through?
An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, please contact our Customer Service.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept online card payment with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA or PayPal.
Residents in the Netherlands can aslo use iDeal.

What currencies do I pay with?
The currency used is Euro (EUR). VAT is included in all our prices.

Is it safe to buy products on Zilalila’s web page?
Payment can easily and safely be made by credit card. Safe payment is guaranteed through our partner Buckaroo.

What is your exchanges and refund policy?
Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint.
The items you wish to return mush have been handed over to a freight forwarder no later than 8 days after you received you order.
During 8 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Zilalila cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Zilalila. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Zilalila will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 8-day period following delivery.
Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Zilalila’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our retailers.

What is your delivery time?
We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in The Netherlands within 2-4 business days, except it's otherwise indicated. All orders are subject to availability.
